Job title: Client Money Administrator
Location: Clitheroe
Terms: Part-time (Variable throughout the month, approx. 15 to 20 hours per week)

Honeywell Lettings, based in Clitheroe, is a renowned local letting agency with a vibrant team dedicated to fulfilling the needs of the local lettings market.

About the role:

Reporting to the Lettings Director the role will be responsible for the Client Bank Account and all transactions associated with it.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliation of the Client Bank Account
  • Correct recording and allocation of rents received
  • Timely release of rents to landlords
  • Payment of Client Money to contractors
  • Production and distribution of Landlord Property Statements
  • Resolving billing queries
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Working closely with front office colleagues

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience of Property Management and Client Money Accounting preferable
  • Accounts related qualification/experience preferable
  • Highly numerate with accounts background being advantageous
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of lettings software an advantage
  • Personable with great customer service skills
