Part-time Admin Assistant and Sales Negotiator

We are looking for a motivated person to work at our busy Clitheroe office. Predominantly this role requires an extremely accurate person to type sales brochures and many other administrative duties. In addition, particularly on Saturdays, the candidate must have the ability to deal with the general public as a sales negotiator with the possibility of also conducting some accompanied viewings from time to time if desired.

Hours of work:

Wednesday and Friday: 9.00am - 3pm
3 Saturdays in every 4: 9.00am - 4pm

Duties will include:

  • Typing sales brochures and letters to clients
  • Uploading and amending property descriptions on our database, rightmove and zoopla etc
  • Preparation of property adverts
  • Preparation of office and window displays
  • Taking telephone calls and dealing with buyer and sellers
  • Booking viewings and valuations
  • Taking offers and negotiating sales
