Location: Clitheroe
Terms: Part-time (Variable throughout the month, approx. 15 to 20 hours per week)

Honeywell Lettings, based in Clitheroe, is a renowned local letting agency with a vibrant team dedicated to fulfilling the needs of the local lettings market.
About the role:
Reporting to the Lettings Director the role will be responsible for the Client Bank Account and all transactions associated with it.
Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of the Client Bank Account
- Correct recording and allocation of rents received
- Timely release of rents to landlords
- Payment of Client Money to contractors
- Production and distribution of Landlord Property Statements
- Resolving billing queries
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Working closely with front office colleagues
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of Property Management and Client Money Accounting preferable
- Accounts related qualification/experience preferable
- Highly numerate with accounts background being advantageous
- Attention to detail essential
- Good IT skills, knowledge of lettings software an advantage
- Personable with great customer service skills
